Message	I would suspect that the two issues are related. If you say you checked your vacuum pressure, and it's good, why would you be searching for causes of low vacuum? It should show 18-22 in/hg. That's be pretty cut-and-dry. If it's not low, you don't have a vacuum leak. If your fuel pressure is bleeding off, you have a fuel leak ....period. An internal fuel leak will cause all of your issues.
